The following reference architecture is proposed for the skills data space. This reference architecture is inspired by the relations between building blocks specified by the DSSC in their Data Spaces Protocol building block and on the reference system architecture, which has a specific focus on data sovereignty for human-centric data ecosystems [Scheider et al]. The reference architecture is tailored for the skills context based on the domain specific requirements.
